5853a1 processes withdrawals exclusively to accounts held by the registered user, in BRL (R$). The preferred withdrawal method is Pix, which offers the fastest processing time.
Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 15 minutes on average, subject to standard security verification. VIP program members receive priority processing. Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 3 business days to complete.
For your first withdrawal request, or for withdrawals above certain limits, 5853a1 may request identity verification (KYC) documentation.
